30-Day Return & Refund Policy

You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return — this applies to all customers worldwide, and exceeds the 14-day right of withdrawal guaranteed to EU consumers under the Consumer Rights Directive.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us at support@aurousatelier.com. If your return is accepted, we'll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

You are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Earrings and hygiene-sensitive items that have been unsealed or worn after delivery (this is also a recognized exception under EU law)
• Personalized or made-to-order items (also an exception under EU law)
• Sale items and gift cards

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. Contact us at support@aurousatelier.com before returning any item.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 14 days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
