Important Shipping Update for Our U.S. Customers

Shipping to the US has resumed. A flat shipping rate of $15 USD applies (inclusive of all duties, taxes, and tariffs).

Processing & Dispatch

You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has shipped from our Hong Kong studio, approximately 5–7 business days from order date.

Where do we ship to? 

We ship worldwide (no PO Boxes, APO, or FPO addresses):

  • North America: United States, Canada, Mexico
  • Oceania: Australia, New Zealand
  • Europe: Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Hungary, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Serbia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Turkey
  • Great Britain: United Kingdom
  • Asia: Hong Kong, Mainland China, Macao, Taiwan, Japan, South Korea, Singapore, Malaysia, Philippines, Thailand, Indonesia, UAE, Vietnam

HK e-Express (default), SF-Express, HK Speedpost, USPS (USA), DHL, FedEx, UPS.

International Taxes & Duties

All international packages are shipped DDU (Duties & Taxes Unpaid). Customs duties and import taxes are the buyer's responsibility. We cannot advise on amounts as they vary by country — please contact your local customs office. We are unable to reimburse duties and taxes paid upon delivery.

🇪🇺 Note for EU Customers

Under EU consumer law, we are required to deliver your order within 30 days of purchase unless otherwise agreed. If we are unable to meet this timeframe, we will notify you promptly and you will have the right to cancel your order for a full refund.

Lost Parcel / Late Delivery

Once a package has been dispatched, Aurous Atelier is not liable for delays or non-delivery. We do not accept refund requests due to late delivery as it is outside our control. If your order is overdue, contact us at support@aurousatelier.com and we'll investigate with the carrier.

Unsuccessful Delivery / Returned Packages

Packages may be returned due to incorrect/incomplete address or unclaimed delivery attempts.

Re-Shipping Service

We offer re-shipping for returned packages. Buyers cover re-shipping and handling fees. Contact support@aurousatelier.com to arrange.
