What are the shipping fee and delivery timeline?

- Indicated shipping timeline is an approximate number of days an order takes to deliver from the ship date indicated at checkout, and does not include weekends, holiday and any unforeseeable delays on the courier's end (weather, volume, traffic, etc). Delivery may be delayed if a change of delivery option was submitted on the customer's end.
- The shipping fee is charged based on the subtotal before taxes, discounts, and non-refundable.
- Deliveries outside of Hong Kong, US, Australia may be subject to additional custom duties and service fees. Please note that Aurous Atelier does not have any control over them and cannot advise as to what the cost will be, as they vary by country. For more information, please contact your local customs office. Keep in mind that we're not able to reimburse you for duties and taxes paid upon delivery.

Important Shipping Update for Our U.S. Customers (US Shipping Resumes)
We’re pleased to share that shipping to the US has officially resumed.
A full collection of Aurous Atelier is now available to shop online, with a flat shipping rate of $15 USD (inclusive of all duties, taxes, and tariffs).
Please know that this adjustment is temporary—we love our U.S. customers and want you to continue enjoying our jewelry. We're closely monitoring the situation and will resume our previous shipping rate as soon as we can.

- Orders are shipped from our studio that are located in Hong Kong
International Taxes & Duties
- There may be duties and taxes incurred on your shipment that you will be responsible for.
- International customers are responsible to pay any applicable inbound duties, taxes and any other fees outlined by local customs authority.
- All International packages are shipped DDU (Duties & Taxes unpaid), meaning they are not included in the price of goods purchased from our website. It is your responsibility to pay these fees in order to receive your parcel. Please note that Aurous Atelier does not have any control over these fees and we cannot advise as to what the costs will be, as they vary by country. We recommend contacting your country's custom office for more information. Keep in mind that we’re not able to reimburse you for duties and taxes paid upon delivery.

HK e-Express is our courier pick for all shipments, except for orders where the courier service is not covered. While USPS is our courier pick for USA shipments. We ship urgent orders with SpeedPost, DHL, UPS or FedEx. You will receive an e-mail containing your Tracking Number once your package has been shipped from our studio in Hong Kong, approx. 5-7 business days from order date.
Lost Parcel / Late Delivery
Aurous Atelier shall under no circumstances be liable for any damage incurred to goods, delayed in transit or for non-delivery.
- We will not liable for any loss & damage caused by delivery. Once package has been sent, unfortunately, it is out of our control.
- Please keep in mind that delivery might be subjected to delay due to the current situation and you may get the parcel after the estimated delivery timeline. We are sorry that we DO NOT accept refund requests due to late delivery as it is out of our control.
Reasons for Unsuccessful Delivery Attempt (Undeliverable Package / Returned Mail)
- Incorrect Address / Missing Information
- The package is typically returned to us by the carrier or the unintended recipient if the address is incorrect, has typos, is missing information (such as an apartment number, a phone number or ZIP code), or is outdated (such as a previous residence).
- The package is unclaimed once attempted to be delivered
Do you offer Re-Shipping Service?
We do offer re-shipping service for the returned package/mail. Buyers will need to top up a re-shipping and handling fees before we process.
