    We ship to the following countries! Kindly note that we do not ship to PO Boxes, APO or FPO addresses at this time.

    What are the estimated time of arrival (Domestic)?

    • Delivery in 1-3 working days.
    • Peak season / Special situation (like COVID-19) will takes up to 4-7 working days. Sorry for the inconvenience caused. We will try to send the products to you ASAP.

    What are the estimated time of arrival (International)?

    • International shipping can take up to 30 days and our shipping fees do not include any duties or taxes.
    • International shipping time is extremely delayed during peak season / pandemic period. Please be aware that standard shipping can take up to 6 weeks or more to arrive due to limited flights and customs delays. Tracking may not be updated by the postal service frequently. Sorry for the inconvenience caused.

    Why does it takes so long to arrive?

    • Our jewelry are designed and handcrafted in Hong Kong with great care by our team. An effective quality control will run by our team member before shipping to ensure our customer is satisfied with their purchases. After QC, order will starts shipping and delivery to clients throughout the world except for the country that courier company does not covered. Your local customs may require additional documents and time to clear your package, which may delay the estimated delivery time.

    • Orders are shipped from our studio that are located in Hong Kong

    International Taxes & Duties

    • There may be duties and taxes incurred on your shipment that you will be responsible for.
    • International customers are responsible to pay any applicable inbound duties, taxes and any other fees outlined by local customs authority. 
    • All International packages are shipped DDU (Duties & Taxes unpaid), meaning they are not included in the price of goods purchased from our website. It is your responsibility to pay these fees in order to receive your parcel. Please note that Aurous Atelier does not have any control over these fees and we cannot advise as to what the costs will be, as they vary by country. We recommend contacting your country's custom office for more information. Keep in mind that we’re not able to reimburse you for duties and taxes paid upon delivery.

    Standard Airmail & HK e-Express is our courier pick for all shipments, except for orders where the courier service is not covered. We ship urgent orders with SpeedPost, DHL, UPS or FedEx. You will receive an e-mail containing your Tracking Number once your package has been shipped from our studio in Hong Kong, approx. 5-7 business days from order date. 

    Lost Parcel / Late Delivery

    Aurous Atelier shall under no circumstances be liable for any damage incurred to goods, delayed in transit or for non-delivery. 

    • We will not liable for any loss & damage caused by delivery. Once package has been sent, unfortunately, it is out of our control.
    • Please keep in mind that delivery might be subjected to delay due to the current situation and you may get the parcel after the estimated delivery timeline. We are sorry that we DO NOT accept refund requests due to late delivery as it is out of our control. 

    Reasons for Unsuccessful Delivery Attempt (Undeliverable Package / Returned Mail)

    • Incorrect Address / Missing Information
      • The package is typically returned to us by the carrier or the unintended recipient if the address is incorrect, has typos, is missing information (such as an apartment number, a phone number or ZIP code), or is outdated (such as a previous residence).
    • The package is unclaimed once attempted to be delivered

    Do you offer Re-Shipping Service?

    We do offer re-shipping service for the returned package/mail. Buyers will need to top up a re-shipping and handling fees before we process.
